Assessment Reports
After each Preliminary or Final Assessment Session of a Service, the Assessment Panel issues an “Assessment Report”.
This report outlines the panel’s decision on whether the Service Team followed the Service Standard and allows Service Teams to learn both from mistakes and good practices observed during the assessment process.
Preliminary Assessment Reports
During a Preliminary Assessment Session, the Assessment Panel issues a report with its comments and decision. The decision can be `Aligned` or `Not Aligned` to the Service Standard
Final Assessment Reports
During a Final Assessment Session, the Assessment Panel issues a report with its comments and decision. The decision can be that the service `Meets` or `Does not meet` the Service Standard.
