Announcement of Successful Tenderers for the Digital Transformation of Government Services

We are pleased to announce the successful tenderers for the Framework for the Digital Transformation of Government Services. This framework, spanning two years, represents a significant step forward in our ongoing efforts to enhance and modernize digital experiences for the people of Cyprus.

Comprising two main lots, this framework brings together a select group of service providers who have demonstrated their expertise and capabilities.

In LOT 1, we have identified 30 service providers who will collaborate as service teams to deliver digital services. These teams will work closely with government agencies to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our citizens and businesses.

LOT 2 consists of five providers who excel in participant recruitment and offer studio facilities for user research. Their valuable contributions will ensure that our digital services undergo rigorous testing, refinement, and optimization to provide exceptional user experiences.
